An ideal holiday-home consisting of 3 bedrooms en-suite, kitchen with dishwasher, store room and patio. Dining room separated from the kitchen, leading on to the spacious livingroom which opens through French doors to the large terrace with pool and BBQ. Near the pool is a bath room with shower and washingmachine.
The tenniscourt is exclusively for the guests. The villa disposes of central heating plus a woodburning stove in the living room, thus ideal for winterlettings. For long-term-letting, please inquire conditions.

The price includes maid service once per week.
The villa is fully furnished and equipped.
You need only to bring your beach towels for the sun loungers.

Cancellation fees

3 months to 6 weeks before commencement of holiday	25% of rental price
6 - 3 weeks before commencement of holiday	50% of rental price
3 -1 weeks before commencement of holiday	75% of rental price
Last week before commencement of holiday	100% of rental price

A Security Deposit of 500€ is requested. It will be refunded on your departure if everything is in order. The manager of the house will liaise with you.
